Strictly Enforced Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation fee is $50.
Pre-Paid No Show appointments are counted as a used session without a 24 hour advance cancellation.
Late Cancellation, will allow for one reschedule booking, if the rescheduled booking is also a no-show or late cancellation then it will be counted as a used session.
GROUPONS NO-SHOWS will consume 100% of the applicable Groupon Voucher for the booked appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that delays may occur. However, we must try to keep clients from delaying subsequent appointments and keep services on time. Therefore, clients who arrive 15 minutes after their scheduled time, will have their service time reduced or optionally rescheduled.
SERVICES REFUND POLICY
While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, service packages or service series.
COVID-19 UPDATE
We will continue to pre-screen for COVID-19 and we ask that if you are exhibiting symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 12-hours notice to avoid any fees.
