Your health intake is completed and physician-reviewed before you arrive, so you walk in already cleared. After you book, we send you a link to the digital intake form. The $35 Health Assessment covers our physician's review and renews every 12 months. 2. Prepare & Arrive. Don't eat for 2 hours before your session or drink for 1 hour before, and wear socks, as our rooms run cool. On the day, our team welcomes you, confirms nothing has changed, and answers any questions. You'll be shown to a private room, where we explain the equipment and make sure you're comfortable before we begin. 3. The Session. The session itself takes about 45 minutes. Warm, purified water gently flows in and out on our Angel of Water open system, and you stay covered in your private room the whole time. Our staff guides you through it. 4. Wrap Up. Most clients return to normal activities immediately. After your session, you'll have private time to freshen up. Plan about one hour in total for a first visit. 5. Aftercare. Follow our aftercare guide for the first day or two.
